"No prior warning" strategic failure नहीं है। Execution failure है। ये different problems हैं different solutions के साथ।
Strategic direction — legacy maintenance से AI infrastructure की तरफ capital redirect करना — numbers से correct है। Execution — कुछ communicate नहीं किया, कुछ prepare नहीं किया, institutional knowledge loss absorb किया — यहाँ Oracle fail हुआ।
Hard truth यह है कि operational integrity और solvency में tension नहीं है। जो company पैसे खत्म कर लेती है वह operational integrity बिल्कुल maintain नहीं कर सकती। लेकिन जो company capital reallocation execute करते हुए operational trust destroy करती है वह एक अलग तरह की fragility create करती है — जो Q1 numbers में show नहीं होती, लेकिन Q4 में show होती है जब data centers built हों और कोई नहीं हो जो जानता हो उन्हें कैसे run करना है।
Capitan लोगों के बारे में सही है। Spreadsheet भी सही है। दोनों एक साथ सच होना ही इसे hard बनाता है।
Cut rational था। Execution नहीं था। Oracle यह फिर करेगा।
